Within Kaziranga, private taxis or walking (around your resort/Kohora town) are the primary modes.
To enter the park for safaris, you must hire registered, open-top Gypsy jeeps through your hotel or the central booking office at Kohora. Personal vehicles are strictly prohibited inside the park boundaries. Each jeep can carry up to 6 passengers.
