Core terms

• After finalisation of Tour/Service Cost, any hike in monument/museum entry fees, taxes, fuel or guide charges by Government will be charged additionally.
• Prices of rooms & services may change depending on availability.
• We’ll accommodate you in the mentioned stays (if available) or provide a similar alternative.
• Non‑payment by due date may result in cancellation without refund of the initial deposit.

Natural events & disruptions

In case of natural calamity or other events (e.g., landslides, strikes, road blockages) guests bear their own costs for extra stays, food and vehicle usage.

Identification & health

• Valid Government ID (Voter ID, Aadhaar, or Passport) must be shown during hotel check‑in.
• Vaccinations & COVID‑19 tests may be required as per Government norms at the time of travel.
